Social Responsibility

Social responsibility is the “planned and systematic exercise of actions, strategies and implementation of relationship channels between an organization, its target audiences of interest and society itself”.

Believing in the importance of these actions, Sprink maintains, in partnership with Senac, the Programa Jovem Aprendiz (PJA – Young Apprentice Program) of recruitment and selection of young people between 14 and 22 years of age from poor communities. The objective is to improve the technical-professional qualification of young students as apprentices, in office roles and/or linked with Sprink’s activities.

There are now 26 young people hired for a period of 24 months. They can be offered permanent employment contracts according to the vacancies available and with the individual performance achieved during the learning program.

Sprink also maintains the Programa de Ação Comunitária (PROACO – Community Action Program), a project with the purpose of informing students from public schools about safety and environmental preservation.

Another of Sprink’s social initiatives is the projeto Jovem Agente Comunitário (JAC – Young Community Agent project). Through this project, communities are given guidance on Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE), thus collaborating towards reducing risks and difficulties, especially in locations with precarious infrastructure and without basic sanitation.

For Sprink, it is not just a question of offering the best solutions in risk prevention, swift and reliably, it is necessary to promote social responsibility, conscious and continuously.
