SPRINK’S OBJECTIVES
The objectives listed below complement Sprink’s Policy, highlighting the company’s commitment with Quality, Health and Safety, and the Environment (QHSE) and its legal requirements:
- Guarantee the quality of services, meeting the legal requirements and norms of the QHSE, training all the professionals within their activity, applying the available human, financial and material resources efficiently, and, thus, promoting a better performance and exceeding the clients' expectations;
- Perform all the business activities following a Plan of Objectives and Goals, focused on the quality of services and the results: financial, environmental and social, seeking measures of reducing and reusing the waste resulting from its activities;
- Be responsible for making the parties involved aware of the importance of Health and Safety, and the Environment, ensuring extremely low rates of accidents at work, promoting in all employees the sense of responsibility and prevention of risks associated with their activities, and periodically evaluating the adequacy of this policy, as well as the efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement of the management system;
- Monitor the safety conditions and the installations and firefighting equipment of the building, and the services provided and its results, in order to minimize the risks, applying continuous improvements;
- Prioritize the well being of all employees and their work satisfaction creating opportunities and contributing towards their personal and professional growth and development; seek a greater participation of Sprink in the market, driven by the processes of certification of products and meeting precepts of quality of life and well being, also envisaging higher profitability for the company.
